The Wells Singers are a mixed group of friends who have come together through their love of music.

The group was initially founded in March 1993 from friends of the local churches with an aim to take entertainment out into the local community and the surrounding areas.

The singers currently have 21 members, including 4 founder members.

Our extensive music repertoire includes Christian music, songs from the musicals, the big band sound and ballads and to give our easy listening style we have music professionally recorded on a Yamaha Tyros 3 keyboard which offers multiple instrumental styles, voices and rhythms.

The Wells Singers have enjoyed performing at numerous locations supporting other churches, charity events, W.I.’s, Rotary Clubs, Pensioner Associations.  We have also performed at the Church at Beamish Museum and  given Beamish style concerts at local churches.
