Reverend Adam Woodhouse

United Reformed Church Minister and with Ministerial responsibility at The Crossing, Carlton-in-Lindrick and North Anston churches & oversight of The Dinnington Pioneer Project

After serving as minister of The East Lancashire Missional Partnership, then as the Children, Youth and Families Minister at St John's Church, Owlerton he moved to The Crossing and Trinity Circuit in 2026. He has also served as a Police Chaplain, Airport Chaplain and as a Street Pastor. Adam’s favourite part of his ordination training was on the role of Christians in the communities we serve, focusing on Chaplaincy, so, as you can tell, he has a keen and longstanding interest in chaplaincy alongside local church ministry.
Before being ordained, Adam worked as Senior Youth Worker in Bradford with a focus on young offenders, looked after Children and young carers. Adam is married to Emily and has three step-children. In his free time he can be found watching the Sheffield Steelers Ice Hockey Team
